DAVID HUME
David's passion for his music adds another dimension to the band, contributing acoustic instrumentals and rhythms. He plays Acoustic,
Electric and Bass Guitars, Mandolin, Harmonica, Cajon and is one of the band's vocalists. David has also written original material,
specifically for The Fine Companions.
He began playing guitar at 17, and cites influences across rock, pop, folk and blues music. David has been a member of several bands and
duos over the years and in addition to the Fine Companions, he is also the lead guitarist with the Gum Tree Project, a pop and rock cover party band. His day job involves all things steel.
He is a long-term member of The Fine Companions and is enjoying and contributing to their growth into a varied and exciting range of
musicians who perform great music.
